Andy supported EMR with a wide range of design support across Etches Park and Eastcroft sites on new-build and refurbishment projects. At Etches Park, Andy provided concept design of new-build spaces including layout drawings, interior design, interior and exterior visualisations, furniture and materials specification and production support on-site. As part of a "6S" scheme, Andy led the redesign of the depot interior, including paint schemes and a whole-site signage project to create a more inspiring environment, aligned with the EMR brand. This included designing over 170 new signs to improve safety and flow, while aligning with the brand style.
